Print delivery timeframes
The site header currently shows an estimated print delivery window of 3-6 workdays. Confirm the fulfilment partner, regions covered, dispatch timing and any exceptions before treating this as a guaranteed promise.
Digital-download delivery
Digital download access is provided through WooCommerce after successful payment. Customers should check their order confirmation, account downloads area and email inbox.
After payment
After payment, customers receive WooCommerce order confirmation. Print orders move into processing, while eligible digital products should become available through the customer account/download flow.

For delivery or download support, contact Pixel Brush Art through the Customer Service page and include your order number, purchase email address and the artwork/product name.
Delivery limitations
Add any excluded regions, customs/import information, carrier limitations, file-access limitations, refund rules or holiday delays that apply.
